25 Minute HIIT Workout

Burn fat and tone your entire body with this 25 minute workout. HIIT workouts involve short intervals done at almost max effort, followed by a period of rest to bring your heart rate back to normal. The key is intensity in the short bursts.

Your goal is to work out at 90 percent of your max, which trains your body to work in an anaerobic mode. The result? Your body’s fat-burning potential increases and the pounds melt away.

Begin with a 4 minute CV warm up (skipping, star jumps etc) then complete the sequence for 3 rounds. Remember to properly warm down with stretches to prevent aching muscles.
