Top Tips

On a beach holiday, exercise in the morning – after a day in the sun you may be dehydrated and lacking in energy. You will need to make sure you keep super hydrated [read our advice on staying hydrated in the heat].

Remember to properly warm up and cool down, and work slowly, concentrating maintaining good form. And when you’ve completed the exercises, relax and enjoy – you are on holiday after all.
