Energy Boosting Snack

Miki from our Gym Team makes these Apricot & Date Bliss Balls to take with her on a bike ride, but they’re also great for kids’ lunchboxes or just a healthy afternoon snack!

Bliss Balls are essentially little balls of protein and carbohydrates, making them a top energy boosting snack pre or post workout. Carbohydrates provide energy to power you through your workout, while a protein and carbohydrate combination post workout will help your body to recover and refuel.

These healthy treats only take 5 minutes to prepare, and even if they get a little squashed while you’re carrying them on your bike, they’re still delicious!
