Despite being designed for pro athletes, the bike is surprisingly easy to use.
From the main menu, select ‘just ride’ and away you go! However if you want to get the most out of this bike, you’ll need to take a few minutes to set up. You can log in, create a profile and pair your heart rate monitor.
You can also choose from the preloaded training plans or take advantage of the host of tests which you can use to establish your training zones and monitor your progress. When you’ve finished training, you can view all your data available and access a summary of your session.
