How to: use TRX

Have you heard of TRX?  It means Total Body Resistance and it’s an excellent piece of kit for improving strength and toning up.

Using straps for support, you use your own body weight to perform exercises, which challenge your core and other stabilising muscles, to work hard to maintain your balance.
