“When I met Jess back in July last year for my Pulse Plan I knew she was going to have quite a challenge on her hands! Unfortunately I was previously involved in a serious incident which severely damaged my spine and numerous attempts to increase exercise over the years had failed. To add further complication I can’t perform any exercises that involved bending down from a standing position as I have a precancerous condition to my oesophagus.
Jess is very professional and has great experience, she wasn’t overwhelmed by my health obstacles and immediately put me at ease. I felt elated that she was confident to put together a workout programme which she knew would be effective. Jess was very thorough, she went through each exercise with me checking my posture and position were correct. Jess has fantastic communication skills and she has listened and adapted my workout plans regularly. In between appointments Jess pops over to make sure I’m happy and comfortable with all the exercises I’m doing.”
I cannot believe what Jess has enabled me to do, I feel so blessed, I now workout 5 times a week which I love. But the pinnacle has been over the last couple of months I have been able to run on the treadmill which is a miracle with my back.”
