We’ve designed a fat burning HIIT workout that you can complete in just 6 minutes.

 Perform each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20-40 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. The aim of a HIIT workout is to push yourself to about 90% of your personal max effort. Repeat the entire circuit up to three times.
