Mastering the skillmill – video 2

It’s the second instalment in our Skillmill series and we’ve cranked things up a gear and added a little fancy footwork!

If you’re just catching up with our fantastic new piece of kit, the Skillmill is a non-motorised running belt where all movements are self-generated! It requires more muscle action to make the belt move and is perfect for toning and maximumising calorie burn, whether you’re walking or working on high intensity sprints!

The Skillmill’s curved belt promotes an optimum foot strike and an upright posture helping to prevent injury, while the resistance meter allows for a huge range of movements to push your body.
