Sprint 8 is a high-intensity interval training programme. Don’t be put off by the name, from beginner level to advanced, Sprint 8 covers every base and promises exciting results.  It starts you off with a 3 minute warm-up and then leads you through eight 60 second sprints, with 90 second recovery intervals in between.  The results will speak for themselves.

Where is it?

You can find Sprint 8 on the Matrix treadmills, cross trainers and bikes.  Just choose your machine and get going.  You’ll be amazed at how addictive it is.  We’re hearing some exciting stories from usually reluctant gym users, getting completely hooked!
