The gym team has  introduced us to a healthy new lunch trend! Enter sweet potato toast; bread’s new competition.

This great little food hack is vitamin packed and a fantastic way to add a portion of veg and fibre to your lunch. Despite being called toast, no bread is involved and this is, therefore perfect for gluten free or paleo diets. Popular with adults and kids alike, sweet potato toast is (quite literally) the best thing since sliced bread!
